Who we are

Dr. Patrick O’Donnell is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in sports rehabilitation, golf performance, and return-to-sport training for active adults and athletes.

His approach blends clinical rehabilitation and performance training, focusing on restoring movement quality, building strength under load, and preparing the body for the real demands of sport-not just reducing symptoms.

Dr. O’Donnell is committed to ongoing education in movement science, performance rehab, and recovery strategies to ensure his patients receive care grounded in both evidence and real-world application.

Outside of the clinic, he stays active through golf, pickleball, and structured strength training. His personal philosophy is "Every session blends movement control, load, and precision so you can perform stronger, not just better.”

what we do

Virtual Low Back Performance Coaching (Rotational Athletes)

Our virtual coaching is built specifically for rotational athletes dealing with persistent or recurring low back pain. Through a detailed movement assessment and ongoing remote coaching, we identify the movement faults and load-management issues limiting rotation and performance.

You’ll receive a fully customized program focused on reducing pain, restoring confidence in rotational movement, and progressively building strength and control so you can train, swing, and compete at a high level from anywhere.

In-Person Performance & Rehab

We deliver one-on-one sessions designed for athletes and active adults who want more than rushed appointments or insurance-driven care. Our cash-based model removes limitations and distractions, allowing every session to be fully customized to your body, your goals, and your sport no cookie-cutter plans, no arbitrary visit caps.

Each session integrates movement science, hands-on therapy, and performance-based training to address pain while building strength, control, and long-term resilience. The focus is not just feeling better, but moving better, performing stronger, and staying in the game.
