At Peak Performance Lab, we use BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) training with Suji cuffs to accelerate strength, recovery, and performance for our athletes.

By safely reducing blood flow to the working muscles, we can create high-intensity strength gains without heavy loading - perfect for athletes dealing with pain, injury, or rebuilding after time off.

BFR allows us to:

    •    Build strength and muscle at low loads

    •    Reduce joint stress during rehab

    •    Improve endurance and metabolic conditioning
